I am looking to build a gaming pc and I need help. I will be gaming in 1900*1080 can the following components handle upcoming games like Far Cry 4
Please suggest improvements

Better PSU too, the CX series aren't great.

I also changed the Windforce 770 to the MSI twin frozr as it's $20 cheaper with very similar performance, but it's up to you :)
 


2gb is more than enough for almost anything - my GTX 670 usually hits 1.1gb or less in the majority of games I play (at 1080p).

Unless you plan to play some heavily modded skyrim 2gb is fine
