Help choosing between 2 monitors?

Alright so I'm deciding between this one for its price:

And this one as I'd love it for 144hz, but I live in Australia so I might need a power adapter and I'm not sure about it.

The first one looks nice for gaming, and the second one is just that haves the 144hz. I would pick the first.

Alright, so phrased another way. Would a person prefer two screens to make $400 or a screen that costs $400 and performs better than the dual screens?

I would always prefer a single good screen. Is what I will look into when I am gaming or watching videos.
