Is the 4790k able to run with a 650W power supply?

Hey, I was just about to order the 4790k and I was wondering if it would be able to run off of a 650W power supply with a GTX 770 SC and Asus z97-A?

My bequiet 500W psu had no problems delivering for a 660 ti oc/680gtx, 16gb of 2400mhz ram (~20W) and the i7 4790k
