Thermalright TS-140 (True Spirit) or Scythe Ashura?

Hi. After looking for good single towers under the $50 value (at least in my country), I am now stuck to these two high end coolers. So I need help: Which one is better?

Note that I am not talking about the Power or the Shadow versions. The normal ones. With the pure copper pipes.
Also, please don't write about any other coolers, like the Phanteks and Noctua. I am not into those price ranges.

I think they are roughly on par with one-another, in terms of performance. I put my vote in for Thermalright, though, because I have used their products before, and like them a lot. (Although, I know that Scythe isn't a bad brand by any stretch of the imagination.)
