PC stuck at mobo splash screen

PSU died last week so I replaced it. Comp boots now but gets stuck at mobo splash screen. Can not enter bios

Reset the CMOS.
Re-set RAM.
Tried to boot with a single stick
Power to CPU, CPU fan, hdd, mobo and gfx card

AMD cpu
GTS 250
gigabyte mobo
Gskill ram - 8gb
raidmax 630W psu
Comp is 6-7 years old so i honest forget the exact specifications of everything

It would be helpful if you can give the exact specifications of your Mobo and CPU. The fist thing I would do is find if there's a BIOS reset button on the back IO panel. Besides that, try inserting the Windows CD drive (If you still have it) and see if you can restore the PC (If you have a backup) or repair it (If your OS disc allows repairing).

Can you return your PSU? Raidmax is poison for your computer. They are known to die after a few months and can cause issues with other components.

Try a PSU from Antec, XFX, Seasonic, or Corsair. Avoid the cx series in corsair. This may solve your problem. If it doesn't, at least you lower the chance of frying your components.
