Did I make the right choice with this monitor or should I return it and get another one?

I needed a new monitor as Using the 55 inch in my living room had become to much of a chore and using the 19-21" 900p flat-screen monitor in my study was a shame as the screen was a bezel was too big, it had muddy colors and was a bit too bright.(I just really hated dragging my PC around the house then disconnecting and reconnecting everything) So, I went out and got a Dell S2340M for $70 (with a $20 off coupon), but I wanted to know, did I make the right choice? Due to my usual small budget, $90 was all I had to spend. Should I have gotten this one instead?

The main difference I see is the AOC has a 5ms response vs the Dell's 7ms.(good video playback on the Dell? if you game are you noticing any ghosting?) If you're pleased with the Dell, I'd keep it.
