Best Build for a Home/Business Server?

I already have an ATX Mid-Tower case (Cooler Master 912 HAF). I am turning it into a Home/Business Server and I have no idea what I should be looking to buy.

Should I get a bad ass Asus Motherboard with lots of SATA slots and an i7 CPU along with an amazing 1500w power supply with 6 NAS Red WD Hard Drives?

Or what?
