how to fix Flashing monitor

hello, I connected 2 Seiki 4k Monitors..50" primary,,, 39" secondary .to Dell XPS with fast CPU,32G RAM and NVIDIA GEOFORCE video card. Operating system Windows 8.1... THe 50inch monitor keeps flashing. I tried to find Catalsyt in control panel and disable over drive but I can not find it. Wht is CCC? Please I will appreciate any help.

CCC is for AMD GPU's, you dont have it. You need to use the Nvidia control panel.
