So, first of all, I want to say this will be a budget PC. I live in Bulgaria so some better parts are hard to find and I'm going with this setup:

CPU: Intel Pentium G3220
MOBO: Gigabyte H81M-S1
WDD: WD Caviar Blue 1 TB
RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury 1x4 GB (1.5V, CAS 10)
GPU: Asus R7 260X 2GB GDDR5
PSU: Corsair CX430
Case: Segotep SG-Z2(includes 2 fans)
DVD: Asus DVD-RW Optical Drive

All in all, It's just on the $400 mark. Can't go higher. My question is: Is this a good budget PC? From what I've learned from other people, there won't be bottlenecking. I might also add in some more fans to complete the build spots.
Also, will it be a huge problem if there are no dust filters if I clean the PC regularly?
That's probably all I want to ask.
Any replies will be appreciated. :)

You would be better with a dual channel RAM kit , but with only two slots doing it this way leaves you the option to add more RAM
Ideally look for LOWER CAS timings . Lower is faster

The rest of the build is sensible in that price range .

Perhaps investigate using an
AMD 760K processor
FM2+ motherboard

That would definitely give you more performance and the price may be close

I might change the RAM to a Corsair one with lower CAS. As for the the AMD 760K processor and the FM2+ mobo, I can't really afford them here but I can switch to an Asus H81M-C motherboard or you can suggest me a cheaper MOBO with dual channels. That will be fine if I can afford it.
