Looking for assistance for buying a Z97 mainboard.

Hi there,
I need your help. I would like to upgrade my current system with an Intel Core i7 4790K and I need a new mainboard for this (upgrading from AMD FX6300 with AM3+ board).
I'm looking for a good Z97 board and I currently have an Asus Z97-PRO in my virtual shopping cart.
The Asus board makes a good impression on me and I think it is a really good mainboard but I don't have much experience with mainboards in general.

What do you think? Is the Asus Z97-PRO a good choice or are there better mainboards out there (within a similiar price range of course)?
