How's Intel HD Graphics 4600

I don't do much gaming but occasional World of Warcraft, Dota 2 and some other not-latest-hit games are nice to chill at.
I am planning to buy laptop with Intel Core™ i5-4200M (2.6 GHz) Processor and HD graphics 4600 (since I need the laptop mostly for work) and I was wondering whether this graphic power will be good enough to run games of the rank as the upper mentioned ones. Also, is there gonna be problem (lagging, etc.) with HD videos online (or even at local storage)?

The iGPU will handle it but it will struggle to achieve high framerates. If you purpose is gaming, get a laptop with an APU.
