Why do you want to play a game at 250 FPS ? your monitor won't be able to handle it anyway. But before I recommend you a build, what's your budget in your country's currency, and where do you live ?

I live in Bangladesh Budget 43,000 taka ~ 550$
CSGO depends on CPU nd GPU,currently it lags in fogs/smokes at 140FPS on my laptop ( i7 2.2ghz/6770M/6GB RAM ). I'll also sell of my old Q6600 with 9500GT, hence I have the peripherals, just need new Processor/Mobo/GPU/PSU/RAM.

So I decided to sell it and build a Desktop and build a quite stable gaming pc and also be ready to play GTA V and BF4.

Do you have any pricelists from the local stores ? The first link doesn't have the i3-4130 ready, and they still consider last generation's stuff " new " . The second link is a little more updated, but only offers slightly higher end products.

So, is there any pricelist you can find from the local stores ? Anything updated ?
And also, there's nothing wrong with getting an AMD CPU such as the FX-6300 if it's cheaper.
