So i have this computer:

CPU: AMD FX-8320
GPU: XFX R9 270x DD
MOBO: Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P
A 1TB HDD and 120GB SSD.

Nothing overclocked.
You probably now that the stock cooler for the FX-8320 is extremely loud and so i'm gonna get a new one, so that's why i'm asking, what cooler do you recommend? Or do you think i should use water cooling? I want it to be silent of course and for a good price not over 59$

Coolermaster Hyper 212 EVO. You can change the fans to noctua fans.

I agree with Suztera, get the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO. Funnily enough, I also have a FX-8320 and the Gigabyte GA-970A-D3P. I also own the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO and I was able to overclock the FX-8320 to 4.4 GHz but most of time I let it run at 4.25 GHz just because I think it's slightly more stable at that speed.

I bought a corsair H60 for my 8320 because I have an issue with space my case. Those Evo 212 coolers are tall as hell so make sure it will fit your case before you buy it. The corsair H60 will work just as well as a EVO 212 only it is liquid cooling vs. air cooling. The stock fan on the H60 is also loud as hell. I bought a fan to replace it and am very pleased with the results. At idle CPU is usually 4 or 5 degrees C above room temp and under load while gaming my cpu tops at 50C (I dont have AC so ambient temp is a big factor)
