What should be the price tag for Ubuntu?

With Canonical's backing, Ubuntu turned into a mainstream distro... (even my older friend in his 60's who is almost illiterate with Windows, got into Ubuntu)
With Ubuntu's many greatness it shouldn't be free.
While many would not be happy with a full price tag, a fair amount would be half of what the other pop-OS would charge.
And I'm talking only about Ubuntu with Unity, (the one backed by Canonical) http://www.ubuntu.com, excluding the rest of Linux distros.
