i have razer tiamat 7.1 headsets and people say they cant hear me though mic

so i bought some razer tiamats a long time ago and i never used the mic since i had one already. so a couple days ago my mic broke so i wanted to use my razer microphone and it works but people cant hear me, they say like im 10 meters away from mic yet its right next to my mouth. i dont know whats wrong

dont worry i figured it out i have a mic volume button on the sound board and it was on very low
