I am planing to buy a new PC with Radeon HD 7450 - 1 GB Graphic Card its resolution is DVI: 2560 x 1600 / Display Port: 2560 x 1600 / VGA: 2048 x 1536.
And I choose HP Elite Display E190i 48 cm (18.9'') LED Backlit IPS Monitor and its resolution is
1280 x 1024
1280 x 800
1024 x 768
800 x 600
720 x 400
640 x 480
Aspect Ratio = 5:4
I want to know is this monitor suitable for this graphic card ?

Solution
Depending on the size and complexity of the CAD files - you might or might not run into slow downs. Also, the fact that the monitor is 1280x1024 will ease the load on the video card. In the end - we will never know until you try it.

The HD 7450, although it has a maximum resolution of 2560x1600, it does not have enough power to drive games or content creation software at that resolution. Though at 1280x1024, you will be able to do a lot of stuff and play a descent amount of games. The monitor will be ok with this card.
