What are your opinions on this build:

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/99ZPQ7

Using as a gaming/home Theater PC to be connected to a big screen TV
Do not need a monitor
Upgrading since my last PC was built in 2005
Looking to purchase now from Newegg or Amazon
I do not need an OS, to overclock or SLI/Crossdfire
Would like a small, quiet PC since it will be in my living room, capable of running XBMC for my movies and BF4 at at high level

I would go for G.Skill ECO RAM over your chosen Corsair RAM.

http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gskill-memory-f310666cl7d8gbeco

Same voltage, both 8GB (2 x 4GB)
but the G.Skill is slightly cheaper in price and slightly faster.

General formula for calculating how many nanoseconds it takes for the ram to do something:
CAS / Speed x1000 = nanosec

Corsair CML8GX3M2A1600C9W
5.625

G.Skill F3-10666CL7D-8GBECO
5.252

So I think the G.Skill is better.
