Graphics card Over heated now no display or signal.

Ok a while ago i was attempting to Install a cpu closed loop water cooler onto my gpu core as more efficient cooling design. I kept the case on it and left the stock fan to keep all the chips cool. But one of my zap straps Came loose wile i was installing it and i did not know. I proceeded in turning the pc on and the pc booted but very shortly after the graphics card extremely over heated and i got blue screen now no signal. Is there any way of Fixing this to stock form?

Should have got one of these.

If it won't boot, the solder probably came loose under the chip from overheating. Reflow is the only possible option, and a small chance at that.

it looks like it boots up but there just no signal to monitor. And those weren't available when i attempted the mod. That would have been nice.
