External Hard Disk Problem

hey guys i bought a used external hard drive, seagate expansion, there is something strange i am facing in it, like, its 2TB, but when i scan it with Windows Check Now option from Properties, it tells that no problem, and from DOS Chkdsk command it tells also that no problem, when i check it with HD Tune Pro it tells error starting from 258gb and so on and some clicks sounds starts from HD, and when check with Hard Disk Sentinel, it tells also that 29 bad sectors, 29 weak sectors etc. i do not know at whom i should believe? plus it can only format in ExFAT, but default is NTFS and in NTFS it can not formate, its always unable to formate, what should i do? HD Tune Pro is right or Windows? and what should i do to make the disk stable if it has problem? Thanks

Back up the contents of that drive and then use Seatools to verify your hard drive's health and integrity.

i have done tests with Seagate Tools and end result of every test is FAIL please read again my thread and tell me if there is solution of my problem, many thanks
