Simple question. My PC is running an unactivated Win 8.1 Pro. Can I buy a Windows 8.1 DVD and install it(refresh somehow, keep my files) and activate it using the OEM key in the BIOS. And then return the DVD, and get the money back, since i didnt use the key that came with?
