Should GTX 750 Ti bottlenecks E7200 ?

i have 2GB ram and 450 watt Psu my mobo is support GTX 750 Ti , i want play Bioshock : infinite , Battlefield 3 and Farcry 3

Yes, your processor will bottleneck 750ti. Also, your ram amount is also a bottleneck, you should 4 gb of ram at least and 8 gb ideally.

so i will upragde my processor and ram , should i go to Core 2 duo or core 2 quad for gaming ?

But pc-specs.com say my CPU compatible with 750 ti and has rating 8.9

What's your motherboard? You can run 750ti it's just going to be restricted and will not reach 100 usage as it should (bottleneck).

E8600 is the best processor you can get. I would get it, it will handle the gtx 750ti.

so if i upragde my cpu to E8600, gtx 750 ti can't bottlenecks ?

Only in certain games that are cpu intensive (like crysis). If you upgrade your cpu and ram to at least 4 gb, you should be all set.
