Does push and pull h100i cooling let you use your case filter?

I have the Corsair 750d and it does have a filter on the top. I also want to set up a H100i push and pull water cooler on the top. I was wondering, will the filter reduce and get in the way of the push and pull cooling system.

Also there is a case on the front which when you remove, it reveals 2 fans, does that case also block the fan process on the front?

Technically they block airflow, but its nothing that makes a difference.
With the radiator you will be using static pressure fans, which are able to push air through things such as rads or mesh. No problem there.
The front filter is the same story, yes it slows flow technically compared to it not being there, but it dosesnt affect performance.

It does restrict airflow, but only minimally, I have the 750d with an H100i in push pull and I don't notice a difference when I pull off the dust filter. Here is a link you my build so you can see how it will look.>>>http://pcpartpicker.com/b/Kh4D4D
