Ubiquiti AirMax M2 vs RM2-Ti Basestation

What is the difference between these two basestations? I'm willing to set up a business network and combine one of those with AMO-2G10 Omni Antenna also by Ubiquiti, but I can't decide between those two basestations. Please tell pros and cons of both.

I figured it was because one was in a metal box and the other is plastic.

There are several differences. Besides the case the RM2-Ti can use GPS synchronization (the M2 cannot), and the RM2-Ti has a 10/100/1000 and a 10/100 ethernet port where the M2 has a 10/100 ethernet port. Though I doubt you would ever see over 100Mbit/s over a link but it is possible and you would not be able to get it on the M2. I have not kept up recently but I know many people stayed away from the RM2-Ti especially using GPS as it caused many issues, from high failure rate to not working well with their Airmax technology. They may have fixed the problem by now though.
