Trying to set up a 4k monitor with a GTX690

Hi,

I'm looking into buying a 4k monitor to use for gaming with my GTX690. The 690 has two dvi-i and one dvi-d. It also has a single mini displayport. My question is, can dvi or mini displayport support 4k at a reasonable (60+) refresh rate?

Via DisplayPort 60 Hz is attainable.
