Stupid question about a glossy monitor

I know this is probably a stupid question but my nice acer monitor that I am repairing and just bought a new screen for now has scratches on the screen. Is there anyway to refinish or regloss it or will I just have to deal with it?

That's what I thought :/ Just figured I'd ask. At least if it really bugs me that bad I can still get one from the same place for $60
