Computer Not Working (please help)

Hey guys!
My gaming computer has been randomly restarting whenever I launch A app or do anything. I got all my parts for Christmas and found that my computer didn't turn on. Apparently I fried it when I turned on my power supply and had all of the parts replaced. Now I can turn on my pc but it just restarts. I took it to a computer specialist and he helped me replace everything for my gaming pc. When I got it back it turned on and I could set the screensaver install steam etc. Then restarting got more frequent in less time. And now I cant be on the bloody thing before it shuts off in a matter of seconds. My specs are bellow this. Any help would be great!!!!

p.s I replaced everything but the harddrives, (which are fine apparently) And the ram.,

Motherboard= ASUS M5A97
Cpu= AMD FX 4-Core Black Edition FX-4300
Storage= some 1tb WD and a 500 which I ripped out from my old laptop
Ram= Crucial 4GB Single DDR3
Video Card= Sapphire radeon 7870 ghz edition
Psu= logisys 550w
Does the case really matter...
os= windows 7

Get a better quality power supply. 550W.
Stick with well known brands like: Antec, Corsair, Seasonic, XFX
