Wich vga is the best choice?

i have around $200 budget to buy an used vga, my chances are:

gtx 470-$140
gtx 570-$170
gtx 660ti-$220

take on count that i`m from chile, those are prices i`ve found people selling cards for, i will not buy an used card from ebay or similar because i want to see it running first

My specs are:

-Amd fx-8350
-8gb G.skill ripjawx 1600mhz
-gtx 550ti
-Gigabyte 970a-ud3p
-evga 600w

with that psu should be enough right?

Out those gtx 660 would be the best, but it would have to new. Yes, your power supply is going to be powerful enough. In america, AMD 7970/280x is going for 180 usd making it the best value among used cards at the moment. Also, look for R9 270 goes for 130 usd. Also, I wouldn't take 470 over 550ti.

i preffer nvidia because i work with 3d software (3d max and blender) and i`ve seen alot of amd cards causing problems with 3d software, i actually like amd alot, just not for working xD

woudnt the gtx 570 beat the gtx 660ti?

No, GTX 660ti would beat a 580 and would easily beat 570. It makes sense now why you are not going after AMD cards, I have had my fair issues up the 7970.
