My budgets around $700 and what I'm looking for is something that will run games like Skyrim or CoD on around 30fps
Any suggestions?

And you can "Fiddle" with this, Always upgrade the graphics card later or drop some components for more cost effective ones. But this will run pretty much everything.

Or upgrade to the K-version of that CPU for overclocking since those Z boards are nice for Overclocking. You would also need a copy of windows and a DVD rom.
