My car won't play my music inside my usb

My car manuel says that it can play .mp3 file extentions and it plays my other usb but even with correct file format it won't play my this USB. Same brand, same file extention and SAME MODEL. Why can that be?

Is the USB drive formatted differently? Plug it to a PC and check if it is a FAT32. You can do this by right clicking on the USB drive and selecting properties. Most music players will play only from FAT32 or exFAT drives.
