Need help deciding what CPU/Processor to get

I'm looking for a relatively good CPU that can run games like battlefield 4 on ultra settings and can still maintain 60 fps. I have heard mixed reviews about all of them and can't decide which one to get. I'm open to suggestions as well but keep in mind that I am trying to stay under $200 but will be willing to go slightly over if it will cause a significant change in performance.

I would personally recoment the i5-4570 because the difference between the 4570 and 4670 is negligable.
