no lmao, depends on your cpu at that resolution more than GPU but it still matters.

No there wont be any difference, but refresh rate will matter somewhat, and if you're within 3-5 feet from the display, the 40inch tv will look like garbage....

the 20 inch will look bad enough at that resolution, couldn't even imagine a 40. best picture will be with maximum resolution even if you have to turn display settings and all down to low.
