How do i reinstall windows 7

I am "upgrading" pc, but keeping the old hard drives. I have two of my old HD's I want in in the new computer. One of the hard drives has windows,but I want the other one to have windows. Is it possible to do that?

Ex: all of my old parts are switched out expect the hard drives

Sure, just disconnect the hard drive you do NOT want as the C:/ drive and then start the computer with your windows disk in the drive. You should get a message that says press any key to boot from disc and then follow the prompts to install the operating system. You might need to go into the BIOS and set your boot order to boot from cd/dvd first but usually you won't need to if no operating system is installed on the drive you plan to use.
