Hi!

I'm looking to complete my gaming computer, the goal is majorly to max out DOTA 2, Diablo 3 - RoS and guild wars 2 and listening to music at high bass on Logitech Z906 . I'm from India :)

I own the following:
PC Case - Cooler Master K380, shown a different one in partpicker as k380 is missing. (50$)
Power supply - Corsair VS450, shown a different one in partpicker as VS450 is missing. (42$)
Operating System: Windows 8.1 Pro (64-Bit) (130$)
Graphics Card: Sapphire R7 260x (119$)
Storage: Transcend SSD340, 128GB (70$)
Total: https://pcpartpicker.com/b/3V6XsY - 410$

I want Suggestions for following: Budget (240 - 290 $, the lower the better)
RAM - 4GB only, One out of:
Corsair CMZ4GX3M1A1600C9 - http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gskill-memory-f312800cl9s4gbxl
G.Skill F3-14900CL9S-4GBXL - http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gskill-memory-f314900cl9s4gbxl
G.Skill F3-12800CL9S-4GBXL - http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gskill-memory-f312800cl9s4gbxl
Processor - Intel Preferred but not hard and fast
CPU Cooler - Deepcool Frostwin - Again Not there in partpicker, look at the link attached (~47$)
MotherBoard - AsRock Preferred but not hard and fast, mostly for a good inbuilt sound card experience, must support 5.1 channel audio

I completed a few builds just now: Please suggest which is better, can i make any improvements, while staying in the budget?
