which program should i use to burn a audio cd that can i play to car cd player ?

when did you buy your cd player
if it supports dvd and you buyed it in 2013-2014 and has an aux and usb port
you can use nero or any other software to burn it but only burn songs into it so that the cd player can read it

I used to use nero all the time for that. Now pretty much every aftermarket head unit and most new vehicles have usb inputs now to there really isn't too much point in burning cds anymore.

You can just copy paste songs into a cd and windows will ask if u want an audio cd then click yes

or

you can burn it using windows media player
