Everything except the CM Hyper 212 EVO and maybe the 660 will fit. Given that I cannot find clearance specs, I cannot be 100% sure but by the looks of the pictures in the manual, mounting the HDD might get in the way of the GPU. Also the duct on the side panel would get in the way of the 212 EVO. Even if you remove the duct, I don't think that the EVO would fit. The EVO is 60mm tall, the Corsair 200R is 210mm wide (25mm wider than the GZ-X2) and has CPU clearance of 65mm, so it seems unlikely that the EVO will fit. Also you only have 24mm (need at least a 1mm gap between the cooler and side panel) for panel thickness, motherboard thickness, motherboard spacers and the gap between the motherboard mounting panel and the back panel.

The MS-I takes up to 170mm coolers so yes it will fit. Although you should note that with the MS-I the front USB 3.0 port is actually more like a USB extension. You need to run the cable through your case and then out the back and connect it to one of the rear usb 3.0 ports on the motherboard, as opposed to connecting to the internal usb 3.0 connector.
