I'm currently have a asus eah6850 installed linked to 3 monitors using an active displayport to DVI adaptor to display the 3rd monitor. My question is can I add a NVidia Quadro 410 to run a 4th monitor. This monitor will only be used display FSX gauges that I will drag from one of the other monitors.

It should be possible assuming you have another 16x motherboard slot to spare and enough power in your power supply to keep both cards running on load.

Windows 7 or later, yes, that will work.

Earlier than Windows 7, both cards must use the same driver, so that rules out using an AMD GPU with a Geforce GPU.
