There is a big black bar on the left hand side of my second monitor

I have two monitors ( 1 running 1920x1080 and the other 1280x1024). My second monitor is a old Gateway FPD1830. I have had this problem before and i was able to fix it with nvdia control panel, but i have tried that and it didn't work. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Try changing the refresh rate from 30/60 to 1 higher of 1 lower maybey that helps!!, i had the same thing it now works fine with me! Good luck!
