Do not purchase those Kingston SSDNow drives - the only redeeming quality they have is the price and not much else. Pay an extra $20 for a Samsung 840 Evo and it's a far superior drive. I'd also get the much newer Seasonic G series over the S12 since it will work with Haswell-based CPUs better. And for your budget you should definitely overclock, you could easily get an i5-4690K for your budget. Try something like this:
