Hello there people

I have purchased an R9 290 Tri-x OC
and I've decided to buy a CX600 as my other one died.
Would the PSU be enough to be able to handle the graphics card?

Other Specs

  • Mobo: ASUS Z87-A
    Memory: 4x4 8gb 1600mhz Corsair Vengeance
CPU: Intel i5 4670k stock speed
Fan: Intel stock fan for CPU
Case: CIT Vantage Gaming case by Corsair
    HDD1: Hatachi 74gb 7200rpm
    HDD2: SanDisk 128gb Ultra SSD

Any help appreciated

Thanks.

yeah, sure you will be able to run it perfectly. But i'd recommend you to upgrade your psu soon if you want to upgrade your build later.

According to Sapphire a 750W PSU is required.

Also, I'd avoid CX PSU's in future as they don't use great components, specifically the capacitors.
