So you are 30 watts below the recommended wattage . Not a big deal
Especially when that psu is good for more than the rated 620 watts

The processor you selected is an overclockable cpu which means that you would be O.C ing in future,although 30W for the headroom would suffice(it's seasonic). Or you can get something like the corsair TX650V2.

The recommended wattages allow for a lot of headroom . The psu runs at 50 -60 % load and lasts a long time . When you are 30 watts lower than the recommended wattage you will be absolutely fine .
And since that psu was one of the best then that is even more true
