Can i Run GTA 4? how much fps i'll get?

Guys can i gta 4 with high fps? this is my specs

R7 240 2gb ddr3 with boost(dxdiag:approx memory:3443)
4 gb Zeppelin 1333
Fx-6300 3.8ghz Unlock Black Edition
Msi-7641

i can run Dmc5 with high settings without lag (maybe a little bit) Prototype and Prototype 2 with High settings Apb reloaded,TF2,AA3 with high settings also

btw i can play on low settings (lowest) just for the Fps rate

30 is fairly enough but you will have more then enough so you wont notice anything, (min 30 - max 50) is fps that you can get i guess. min fps that you will start to notice is 24FPS and the screen will be like slow motion. there are gamers that can notice slow motion under 60 FPS but it's for FPS games most.
