Laptop graphics card

Hello,
I can't decide which Graphics Card should i choose for my next laptop. There are 2 possibilities:
The Nvidia GT 740m (128-bit/64-bit) and the Nvidia 840m (64-bit). I will use the laptop for gaming/3d modelling and photo/video processing. In which order should i consider these video cards? From what I managed to find the 840m is better than the 740(64-bit version) but I dont know about the 128-bit version. I hope you can help me decide. Thank you!

Umm, sorry I was meant to write 749M is better. If I am not mistaken , the 740M has 2GB, the 840M has 1GB.

Yup, in the end, the 749M has 128bit and is better.

Umm, sorry I was meant to write 749M is better. If I am not mistaken , the 740M has 2GB, the 840M has 1GB.

Yup, in the end, the 749M has 128bit and is better.

Both have 2GB. The 740M has higher bus width, but the 840M has higher frequencies.
