Hi. I have about £200 and looking for a monitor. I have a GTX 760 OC. I mainly play offline apart from LoL. I play games like Bioshock Infinite, Watch Dogs, Tomb Raider etc. I'd like a 24inch and atleast 1080p.

I'm not really sure what I should go for at all so any help is appreciated.

Thanks

Hi. Thanks for the reply. The monitor does look really good. But its around £270. Would you be able to recommend a monitor a bit closer to £200 +/- £20. ? That would be great if you knew of one. Thanks.

For your price range, the VX238H is a great gaming monitor.

Hi. Thanks. That is definitley in my price range. However, I stupidly forgot to mention that if the display can swivel so its vertical that would be a great bonus. Do you know if there is a similar display to the VX238H that also swivels? If not, this looks good too and leaves me with £50 to spare. :)

No, that one just tilts.

Ok so I used the website you linked and I came up with three more options. All withhin price range and slightly different so if you could help me choose that would be good.

Asus VX248H (this has no swivel either but has a DVI port I think) £170
AOC G2460PQU (swivels, has higher refresh rate (144Hz) but not sure about reviews?) £200
BenQ XL2411Z (same as above, lower contrast ratio, again not sure about reviews) £225

The AOC one seems so similar to the Asus VG248QE apart from the 3D. Are they just as good as each other in 2D?

If you could help me choose that would be amazing. Thanks. I just want to buy one already haha.

Also, if I did go for one of the 144Hz described in my previous post, would my PC be able to output that many frames on high settings? If I ended up with a game which I could only run at say 60 fps then would it still look fine on the monitor, are there options to turn down refresh rates on monitors or do you not need to? Sorry, so many questions.
