I was not able to find this motherboard using Pcpartpicker

Is this a good set for doing a mini gaming pc? Are there any parts that I can change to lower the price? Should I go with the Intel Pentium G3258 over the I3 since I'm going to be using an HD 7770?

Keep the i3, you get more power out of it than a pentium.
