3x 1080p monitors or 1x 1440p monitor

HI. I play a lot of games like cs go and BF4. 3 monitors would be best for competitive shooters if they support it but i know not to many games support 3 monitors. I have a single 780 ti so would this card even be able to run 3 monitors. My question is, is 3 monitors worth it or would I be better off having a single 1440p monitor? Thanks.

BF4 does look very good on surround (3 screens) and I would recommend a single screen for that game in particular. 3 screens earns its worth in racing games and third person games.

I'd go for 3 monitors, the 780 Ti might struggle to get ultra on 3 monitors,

3 screens would be better than 1 at a somewhat higher resolution. unless your display is over 24 inches and even with that you would still need to be setting somewhat close it won't be a life changing difference. Larger displays will be a significant difference or sitting very close on smaller ones. it all really depends on the screen size and how close you sit to determine exactly how much better it will look. If you took a 27" and sat 3.5 feet away in 1080p it's not going to be all that different that the higher resolution sitting a foot away.
