suggestion for good graphic card and OVER CLOCK CPU

I've 3.60 gigahertz AMD FX-4100 Quad-Core
256 kilobyte primary memory cache
2048 kilobyte tertiary memory cache
64-bit ready
Multi-core (4 total)
Not hyper-threaded

Board: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. GA-78LMT-S2P
Bus Clock: 200 megahertz
BIOS :Award Software International, Inc. F4 08/31/2011

Memory - Corsair Vengeance DDR3 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) PC RAM (CMZ16GX3M2A1866C10R)

Can any one help me out to overclock my CPU???
Please suggest me what all Graphic card i could go for playing best games ?

Best graphic card: 780ti! But your processor can't keep up with it. I would recommend gtx 750. To overclock cpu get a good water/air cooler and follow this guide:

Best price for performance card by FAR goes to: R7 260x. For $100 you can play Thief, Sniper Elite 3, and any other game (usually) at ultra! Look at some YouTube tutorials on how to overclock by using BIOS!
