Sorry for the formatting. It starts from the bottom up.
Estelle,
I'm really sorry to hear that you think this is funny. I'll find a new box and return my footrest.

Haha! Priceless.... I will pass that along, who knows?
Please return the footrest to:

I'm sure if you tape the box up well, FedEx or USPS or UPS will take it.

Estelle,
I would love to send the footrest back for a refund. Since no PO, Invoice, Receipt, or order confirmation was EVER sent to me I half expected you to tell me there was no way to return it. There wasn't even anything in the box to suggest this product came from DXRacer except a tattered piece of paper with instructions to assemble. On top of that, the generic box it arrived in is torn to shreds and was held together with clear packing tape upon arrival. Would it be possible to receive a prepaid label or box for this? I'm not sure how Fedex was able to deliver this to me, since they won't take the same box back (I cut the plastic tape, not the box, and replaced it, but it's in too bad of shape for them to accept).
By the way, this is an Aidata FR002 Ergonomic Footrest. The very same sold by Stapes for $2 cheaper here in Santa Cruz, on WayFair's online shop for $39. Perhaps they can help out everyone on your waiting list? They ship quickly and provide receipts as well. I can provide you quite a few links to vendors who sell it for cheaper than you, if you need to order some to make another buck.

Dear Garrick,
That is certainly one of the most horrible experiences I have heard in quite some time. If you would like to return the footrest, please let me know. We have a waiting list for it, and it sounds like you will not need it.
I hope you have a better experience the next time...or at least one less traumatic.
Best regards,
Estelle

I'm just happy to say I decided to purchase a footrest from you before going all in and buying the chair I wanted.
- After payment I received absolutely no confirmation. Just a paypal email letting me know I'd paid someone... which paypal always sends. No confirmation whatsoever. Felt like I had been scammed at first.
- The footrest I ordered showed no signs of being out of stock. This was July 11th. I finally sent an email 4 days later on July 15th asking for any type of confirmation that I had purchased anything at all I received a short response (1 day later) with this:
"Hi Garrick,
The footrest you pre-ordered will ship to you as soon as we receive it in our warehouse. I anticipate having that back in stock within the next week.
Sophie"
That's it, no order number, no actual confirmation, and not even an apology for not having an item that did not say Pre-Order or Sold Out. I kindly replied:
"Okay sounds good, can I please can get order number?"
Yeah, there's a grammatical error, but I thought they'd be able to at least indulge me in some type of real confirmation that they were going to give me a product! Again, that's the whole email, nothing left out. I was trying to stay polite.
Finally, July 24th I receive another email:
Thank you for ordering from DXRacer.com
We already shipped your order. You can check the status of your shipment at http://www.fedex.com , your tracking number is: XXXXXXX.
This had my order number as the subject. That's the last correspondence I received until today, July 30th, when my product FINALLY arrived. $40 for 3 pieces of plastic and two bolts. There are no adjustable settings, just loosen the bolts and tilt this thin piece of "massaging" plastic. A foot massage huh? Your telling me this shallow printed plastic pattern on the top is the massage?
Maybe the chairs are great... but I was cautious about buying a $300+ chair from somewhere I wasn't sure would honor a warranty if it turned out to be a bag of plastic that barely bolts together. Thanks to this experience, I'll never know. I was really hoping to find a vendor with corporate discounts that could provide real comfort, not weird bending chairs and kneeling chairs that haven't helped any of us. We were even looking forward to the cool design! It turns out DXRacer is not our answer.

if you are looking for one of the racing style gaming chairs... i would like to mention needforseatusa. while i havent personally dealt with them i've heard a few good things about them (compared with the other vendors around who sell cheaper more flimsy built products which fall apart)
all needforseat chairs have a steel frame under all the cushioning and they sell them with the metal bases as well.

anyone have any experience with them personally? The DXRacer chairs say the same thing about all the metal etc, and it appears NeedforSeat sells DXRacer chairs as well (although I won't purchase one even from a reseller because I hate to think DXRacer USA benefits).
Just so everyone knows, DXRacer Europe has contacted me and let me know that they are completely independent from DXRacer USA, and that they are sorry I was treated as such. Said theres nothing they can do since each office is entirely independent (none of them actually make their chairs as it turns out). Now that I realize their accessories are just rebranded products... I have to wonder if DXRacer chairs are just rebranded MAXNOMIC or what...
