help me find the fan i need!

so im looking for a 140mm or 120mm fan that has....
~80+ CFM (air flow)
~ 3.0+ mm/H20 (static pressure)
~ 30 decibles or less ( noise)

my front fan is obstructed by hdd cage, and with my side fan and gpu running a bit hot, so there is a bit of turbulence in my case.

I need a strong fan that will help direct and push this turbulent air towards the top of the case (where an open vent run almost the length of the case [thor v2]), and of course some noise is expected but I hate having a jet engine in my room.

so far all I can find is the akasa viper, which has some bitchin specs. but yellow does not go with my case

you will not find decently priced fans with those specs. expect around 35-40 dba.

pretty impressive specs on this fan, 108CFM and 5.4 static pressure at 33 decibles. I can always just downvolt it to decrease noise and pump that's sucker up when I need it.
