Would you trust this motherboard?

Wanting to build multiple gaming home theater PCs for friends. Due to strict budget, I settled on this MSI Motherboard due to usb 3 header and 6 gbps.

People reviewed that it is unreliable and they had to RMA while others say it ran fine. The problem is I cannot RMA since it will take too much time.

Should I buy it?

Trust it - NO, I won't build on MSI due to their poor QC, whan a possible client insist on MSI, I send them elsewhere.
