Loose cables are often the culprit behind such issues. Make sure all are firmly attached, at both ends.

Does this happen with all input ports or only on the one you are using to connect your system to the HDTV? Have you tried another HDMI port, for example?

Yes, the cable guy was out and checked everything. including replacing the PVR. Thx tho

Yes, that was tried as well
